Evogen Fiber is a soluble fiber blend built on three complementary sources: psyllium husk, soluble corn fiber and inulin. The formula is designed to support digestive regularity, gut balance and comfort, while helping to slow digestion in a way that can support better nutrient absorption.\n\nThe unflavored powder mixes easily into water, shakes or other daily drinks without affecting taste. As with any fiber supplement, it should be introduced gradually and taken with adequate fluid, since fiber can otherwise cause bloating or digestive discomfort.

Take one serving (1 scoop) mixed with 8 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice, before, during, or after training, up to two times per day.
