Each 2 1/4 teaspoon (5.6g) serving provides 918mg L-Leucine, 888mg L-Lysine, 751mg L-Phenylalanine, 518mg L-Valine, 466mg L-Threonine, 442mg L-Isoleucine, 432mg L-Methionine, 319mg L-Histidine and 117mg L-Tryptophan.\n\nThese amino acids are necessary for the function of all cells, tissue repair, and the production of enzymes and neurotransmitters, and are especially useful for people with limited diets or poor digestion who may not get enough essential amino acids from food alone.
