NOW Vitamin B-100 Sustained Release provides 100mg each of thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3, as niacinamide), and vitamin B6, alongside 100mcg of vitamin B12, 100mcg of biotin, 680mcg DFE of folate, and 100mg of pantothenic acid, plus 35mg choline, 100mg inositol and 10mg PABA.\n\nB-vitamins are water soluble and, with the exception of B12, have limited storage in the body, requiring daily replenishment. Because B12 is found only in animal-derived foods, supplementation may be especially important for vegetarians. This sustained-release formula is designed to release its nutrients gradually over an extended period.
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
